What kinds of projects do you take on?
Custom web platforms and apps, client portals, internal tools, websites, integrations, API development and process automation. That includes new builds and rebuilds of existing systems. Many projects combine several of these.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Not necessarily. Sometimes the best answer is connecting what you have, and sometimes it's building something custom. We'll recommend whichever fits your situation and budget.
How do you price projects?
Every project is different, so we don't publish prices. After a discovery call we send a written proposal with the scope, timeline and cost. Larger projects are split into phases so you can review progress as you go.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A focused integration or website can take a few weeks, while larger platforms are delivered in phases over several months. You'll get a timeline in the proposal before anything starts.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The code, accounts and data belong to your business, and we provide documentation so you're never dependent on us.
What happens after launch?
Software needs looking after. Our support plans cover monitoring, updates, fixes and ongoing improvements. They're optional, and tailored to what we're supporting.
We already use Zapier. Why would we need you?
Zapier works well for simple jobs. It struggles with edge cases, can fail quietly, and often nobody owns it. We build integrations that are monitored, documented and designed around how you work. If Zapier is the right answer, we'll say so.
